Anti-inflammatory Smoothie

This anti-inflammatory smoothie is a real tummy pleaser. It is fresh, tasty and healthy, and only takes 5mins to make. This recipe is a great way to start your day, it can boost your mood mid-afternoon or it can help you recover optimally after exercise.

Serves One


  • 1 x slice of pineapple chopped into cubes
  • 1 x slices of mango chopped into cubes
  • 1 x tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 x tsp mixed seeds
  • 1/3 tsp of ground turmeric powder
  • 1/3 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 250ml of cold filtered water


  1. Pop all the ingredients in a blender of your choice. I use the Nutribullet as it is extremely quick to blend and takes no time to clean. Whizz all ingredients until smooth.
